一、岗位职责
1、负责联系参加培训的人员、培训场地等；
2、负责学员及老师的生活安排，协助培训部主管工作；
3、整理、保管培训档案，如老师资料、学员信息登记表、培训资料、培训照片视频等；
4、做好学员意见反馈工作，做好证书发放工作，确保准确、及时。

二、人员要求
1、教育相关专业最佳，设计或艺术相关专业也很好，工作经验不限；
2、有较强的沟通协调能力，特别是电话沟通能力；
3、熟练运用常用办公软件，工作责任心强、耐心细致。

Most of our senior designers are from the world-famous hospitality design firm, HBA, GENSLE, ROCKWELL GROUP. By working with all major hotel operators in the world, such as Ritz Carlton, Marriott, Hilton, Four Seasons, and St. Regis, the firm has deep knowledge, and is able to provide our valued client with the finest hospitality facility design from 4-star to 6-star.
