Creative Lead 创意制作人

Job Description:

• Work in a multi-disciplinary team environment

• Transform creative ideas to implementable executable strategy

• Manage the overall quality on all creative aspect of the company activities which includes both planning and day-to-day execution

• Leads a team of creative professional within the company
• 领导公司创意团队
• Provide support to the Business Development on new business

Requirement:

• 5+ years of related work experience in China
• 五年以上相关工作经验
• Strong experience in team management
• 卓越的团队管理能力
• Strong understanding in various aspect of marketing activities in China, particularly in digital marketing
• 熟悉国内市场营销，尤其是数字营销领域
• Solid understanding on video production process
• 扎实的影视制作能力
• Fluent in Chinese and English is a MUST
• 流利的中英双语交流能力
• With work experience overseas will be a plus
• 具有海外工作经历者优先考虑
• Enjoy to work in a small team settings

Thoughtful China is the China-based subsidiary of Thoughtful Media, a global Multi-Channel Network (MCN) with its headquarters in Los Angeles, California, USA.
