职位描述：

• 根据制作人和导演的要求进行剧本纂写/台本纂写（设计角色的性格，故事背景，角色台词语言，故事情节等）；
• 能够根据制作人和导演的要求进行相关广告片/微电影/网络剧/网络节目的脚本编写与创意策划；
• 能够与其他部门同事沟通，完善剧本内容，协助拍摄；

任职资格：

• 相关专业（编剧/导演/编导）者优先，热爱影视，具备较强的文字功底；
• 善于观察生活，接受网络新兴事物能力强，喜欢上网，幽默搞笑有活力；
• 能够独立完成剧本/台本纂写，了解不同的剧本格式结构，了解影视制作流程，能够按照要求完成创意的文字化处理等；
• 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，有责任心和职业操守；
• 对剧本创作有积极的动力；有丰富的创意；了解流行语言与文化，熟悉分镜头脚本；
• 有较强的学习能力，工作效率高，可以适应高强度工作
