职位描述
1.To manage the assigned functions in the large CLC
2.To achieve the day to day KPI's for DC operations
3.People management
4.To assist the DC Manager in business planning
5.To work with the Planning Department to determine and implement the daily, weekly, and monthly plans
6.To monitor progress, notify bottlenecks, and take corrective action
7.To monitor number of headcount base on budget and seasonality requirement
8.To deliver functional productivity target and planned working hours base on operational plan
Work experience
- Engineering or proven substantial sizable DC operations experience (Preference will give to those qualified candidates experienced in FW/ APP/ EQ DC operations)
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in DC operations or Supply Chain in first line supervisory role
