Job Description: 职位描述：
1. Teaching ESL online --- English as a Second Language 英语口语教育；
2.Teaching online.According to the requirements of the school to complete daily teaching tasks and as far as possible to achieve zero complaints. 网上授课：按照学校对于授课的具体要求按质按量的完成日常的教学，尽量做到教学质量的零投诉；
3. Strictly abide by the school curriculum management procedures, and implement according to the requirements

严格遵守学校的课程管理程序，并按要求实施；
4.Maintain good relationship with the school,timely feedback the problems ,suggestions and other information that students provide 与学校保持良好的联系，将学员提供的信息、发现的课程中存在的问题和建议及时反馈给中心等;
5.Participating in the school’s social program including Extra Curricular Activities 参与学校组织的学员活动；
6. Other tasks assigned by the Education Department and our company in his/her working hours. 在工作时间之内由本公司或本公司负责教学的部门安排的其他任务。


Job Requirement: 任职要求：
Candidates must
1. Be native speakers of English 英语为母语；
2.Teaching English on line 视频授课；
3.Teach home or anywhere 在家或任意地方办公；
4. Be TESOL (or equivalent) qualified 有英语教学资质或能力；
5. Be well-presented and professional 工作专业，能保证出勤；
6. 45 minutes every class 每节课45分钟


Also, ideally
1. Have experience with Oral English teaching for adults 有英语口语教学经验者优先；
2. Have a background in Business 有商业背景者优先。
