Job Description: 职位描述：
1. Teaching ESL online --- English as a Second Language 英语口语教育；
2.Teaching online.According to the requirements of the school to complete daily teaching tasks and as far as possible to achieve zero complaints.网上授课：按照学校对于授课的具体要求按质按量的完成日常的教学，尽量做到教学质量的零投诉；
3. Lesson planning and preparation as well as curriculum development 课程计划、开发；
4. Supervising test and exams and giving level tests 监督教学考核测评，并对学员给予级别考评；
5. Counseling students 给学生提供咨询；
6. Participating in the school’s social program including Extra Curricular Activities 参与学校组织的学员活动；
7. Participating in Employee training programs and workshops organized by the school 参与学校组织的雇员培训项目和讲习班；
8. Participating at promotional and marketing activities organized by the school 参与课程推广；
9. Attending all scheduled meeting where his/her presence is required unless those meetings occur during the Employee’s holiday or the Employee’s day off. 按要求出席学校预定的会议，节假日或休假期间除外；
10. Other tasks assigned by the Education Department and our school in his/her working hours. 在工作时间之内由本校或本校负责教学的部门安排的其他任务。

Job Requirement: 任职要求：
Candidates must
1. Be native speakers of English 英语为母语；
2.Teaching English on line in the company 在公司视频授课
3. Be TESOL (or equivalent) qualified 有英语教学资质或能力；

4. Be well-presented and professional 工作专业，能保证出勤；
5. 3 years Spoken English teaching experience, 2 years Business English background preferred; 3年以上英语口语授课经验，有2年以上商务英语背景者优先；
6. 45 minutes every class 每节课45分钟

Also, ideally
1. Have experience with Oral English teaching for adults 有英语口语教学经验者优先；
2. Have a background in Business 有商业背景者优先。
