- Degree or Diploma in QS disciplines
- 2-3 years experience in Quantity Surveying in PRC interior contracting field
- To prepare tender documents, cost control and budgeting, pre-contract correspondence, LOA, contract documents, contractual claims, VO, payment, final accounts, etc.
- Initiative, independent and responsible
- Hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Good in English is preferred
