岗位工作职责：
Position Description:
1.采购单的下达，跟踪与控制订单交期；
Place orders to factories, follow up orders and control the delivery time of orders;
2.与供应商有关交期、交量等方面沟通协调；
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers for the delivery time, quantity etc.;
3.供应商信息资料整理更新及供应商对账；
Update suppliers’ information and collecting the transaction volume between suppliers;
4.公司行政/财务事务， 如办公用品的采购，订水，收发快递，公司财务账目等；
Take care of office administrative work, such as ordering office stationary， water, sending/collecting expresses,making accounting files,etc.;
5.接收、发放、整理采购部文件、资料及各类记录并归档；
Collect, dispatch and file the documents for the purchasing department;
6.完成领导交办的其他任务；
Some other daily tasks like financial issues and administrative works.
岗位入职要求：
Required qualification：
1. 国际贸易相关专业，大专以上学历；英语,读写熟练。
Majored in international trade or related fields.
With a college level or above.
Good at in English reading and writing.
2. 23～28岁，最好有1年以上采购相关工作经验，女性优先；
Between 23-28 years old, with more than 1 years’ purchasing working experience. Female is preferred.
3. 熟练基本的电脑办公软件使用（MICROSOFT OFFICE）；
Be familiar with MS software;
4.表达能力强、学习能力强；细心，耐心；
With good expressing and learning ability；be careful and patient;
5.具备较强的责任心与团队合作精神,工作积极认真，能承受一定的工作压力.
Strong sense of responsibility and good spirit of team working.
Serious working attitude and can bear working pressure.
