Operation/业务跟单

-To coordinate with various origins and customers on all logistic, documentation, credit & payment related issues - so as to provide the best service to our customers
-Check and update system data daily and timely and extract report from system.
-Cooperate with internal counterparties: accounting team, trading team, operation team etc.
-Report and negotiate document for claim, proactively to problems or other designated responsibility area
-Check lc and prepare documents for negotiation

University graduate or equivalent
0-3 years working experiences in logistic or LC checking and documents making is preferable.
LC experience is
Excellent in Mandarin and fluent in English (verbal & written)
Diligent,carful and responsible.
