岗位概要: Key Performance Area

1.根据组织内部需求建立及调整培训系统；
Establish the training system and align training with organizational needs.
2.制定战略和运营培训计划以支持组织目标的达成；
Develop strategic and operational training plans to support organizational objectives.
3.制定培训政策，专注培训活动及指导性培训；
Establish policies to focus training activities and guide decision-making.
4.准备促进一致性的标准化培训材料；
Standardize training materials to promote consistency
5.发展针对不同层次员工的个性化培训课程；
Develop progressive training courses for different levels staff.
6.开展培训需求，开发新的培训课程及工具；
Identify training needs, develop new training courses and tools.
7.建立培训评估制度；
Manage the courses evaluation process.
8.协调培训问题；
Coordinate training issues.
9.完成公司安排的其他工作任务。
Complete other related jobs.


教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request

1.本科以上学历;
Bachelor degree or above.
2.熟悉金融行业,特别是第三方理财行业，2年以上金融行业培训工作经验；
Familiar with Financial Industry, especially with IFA industry; over 2 years training experience in Financial Industry.
3.专业培训管理及课程开发；极佳的培训师；
Expertise in training management and courses development; rolled as good trainer.
4.良好的沟通、协调及执行能力；
Good communication, coordination, and execution skills.
5.有责任心，学习能力强，抗压能力强；
Responsible, good learning agility, can work under pressure.
6.精通英语听说读写；
Good command of English skills both in reading and writing.
7.极佳的电脑操作能力；
Perfect PC skills.
8.形象好，亲和力佳；
Appearance to be professional.
