岗位职责

1、能够独立负责并维护公司至少一个客户，为客户提供专业而高效的公关服务，保证日常服务质量与客户满意度；

2、熟悉公司内部各环节和所负责项目各个环节的工作内容和分工，并对所负责项目进行控制和管理；

3、能与客户达到充分沟通并准确把握客户需求，确保客户服务质量，维持并提升客户满意度，保证合理的利润；

4、独立管理所负责项目的策划、计划与执行工作并制定项目工作流程并达成预期效果；

5、负责制定所负责客户的活动方案及规划等文本文件，并对其结果负责；

6、制定所负责项目工作流程，规范项目管理文件并监督执行。

任职资格

1、全日制高校本科或以上学历， 3年或以上相关工作经验；

2、优异的逻辑思维及出色的策划写作能力；

3、优秀的表达、沟通、协调能力；

4、优秀的项目管理能力，有大局观；

5、较强事业心与责任感，抗压能力突出；

6、拥有国际、国内大型公关顾问公司管理工作经验者优先；

7、英文优异者优先考虑。

Job description:

1.Be independently responsible for maintaining at least one client, provide professional and efficient public relations services to the customers ,ensure the day-to-day quality of service and customer satisfaction.

2. Be familiar with the internal links and all aspects of the work and the division of labor , and be responsible for project control and management

3. Can be reached with the customer to communicate fully and accurately grasp customers‘ needs, ensure the quality of customer service, maintain and improve customer satisfaction , ensure a reasonable profit

4. Can manage independently the project planning, planning and implementation, and develop the project workflow and achieve the desired effect

5. Be responsible for the program of activities and planning text file , and its results

6. Develop the project workflow, standardize project management documents and supervise the implementation

Requirement:

1. Full-time college degree or above, 3 years or more relevant work experience

2. Excellent logical thinking and planning writing skills

3. Excellent presentation , communication and coordination skills

4. Excellent project management skills , have the perspective of overall situation

5. Have strong sense of professionalism and sense of responsibility , have the ability to resist pressure

6.Prefer people with international and domestic large-scale public relations consultant company management experience

7.Prefer people with outstanding English
