工作内容:

§ 向上级进行日常汇报以及交流内部工作和外部的执行情况

§ 完成竞争对手的品牌，产品和目标市场等研究报告

§ 完成客户简报和数据报告

§ 对内部和第三方合作公司做汇报、协调并与他们一起制定工作计划和最佳的实施解决方案

§ 与客户及时联络并保持定期接触，维持客户和内部团队之间的联络

§ 时刻管理和监测项目的进程，以确保项目的资源分配，实施，部署，完成时间和预算

§ 参加内部会议，必要时参加与客户的会议

§ 收集客户的意见，总结归纳，并解决

§ 完成各项报告文件

§ 与客户，内部团队和第三方合作公司协商有关活动的细节;

§ 监测活动的有效性

§ 承担管理任务

§ 安排和出席会议

职位需求:

§ 1-2年在相关工作领域的工作经验，包括任何帐户管理，数字营销和媒体，网站的发展，线上和线下零售管理，电子商务和CRM

§ 能够快速吸收和分析大量的信息

§ 热情充满活力，富有想象力的，平易近人，能顺畅的与人交流

§ 能够与他人进行清晰的语言沟通和书写交流

§ 能够大胆的提出想法和信念

§ 能融入团队一起工作

§ 熟练的谈判技能和监控他人

§ 高度组织和计划能力

§ 整体形象得体

§ 良好的计算机技能，例如在Power Point ， Excel，Outlook等方面

§ 流利的普通话和英语口语和书面写作能力。拥有良好的口头沟通和表达能力

§ 相关背景或对于以下方面有浓厚的兴趣：游戏，音乐和一般的IT技术者优先

Now, we are seeking an experienced, design-literate account professional with excellent experience of planning, implementation, managing and growing creative relationships

Main Role & Responsibilities

§ Work closely with the superior for day-day communications and executions for internal and external

§ To develop some research reports for internal and external such as competitor, services, brands, products, plans and target market

§ Meet clients for briefings and present proposals to clients for approval

§ Brief to internal and 3^rd party, coordinate and work with them to plan and implement the best of solution for each project

§ Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and internal team by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively

§ Managing and monitoring the projects and to ensure all are running smoothly in terms of resource allocation, implementation, and deployment as well as completed on time and within deadlines and budget.

§ Mainly office based but may be expected to socialize with clients sometimes, participate and attend external meetings

§ Responding to client’s requests as they arise

§ Taking part of compiling and development of reports

§ Negotiating with clients, internal team and 3^rd party about the details of campaigns;

§ Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns

§ Undertaking administration tasks

§ Arranging and attending meetings

Qualifications Requirements

§ 1-2 years working experiences in any of account management, digital marketing and media, website development, online and offline retail management, e-commerce and CRM

§ Quick to absorb and analyse large amounts of information

§ Enthusiastic energetic, imaginative, approachable, outgoing and diplomatic person

§ A clear communicator, in person and writing

§ Able to present ideas and conviction

§ Comfortable working as part of the team

§ Skilled at negotiating and monitoring others

§ Highly organized and well plan person

§ Smart in appearance

§ Strong computer skills in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Outlook and etc…

§ Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and English. Good in verbal communication and presentation skill at low levels

§ Background related or strong interest on gaming, music and general IT technology is preferred
