Job Description:

1. National Warehouse Service

Supervise daily warehouse operations;

Monitor warehouse facility & equipments maintenance;

Optimize the process and KPI.

2. National VAS Service

Monitor daily labelling and repacking operation process, develop and optimize KPI.

3. Team Management

Allocate responsibilities/tasks and set objectives;

Coach, guide and motivate the team members;

Manage subordinates' performance.

4. Budget Follow Up and Cost Control

Prepare dept. budge and follow up;

Warehouse and VAS cost control.

5. Reports

Monthly warehouse report;

Weekly performance report;

Monthly and quarterly incentive report;

Monthly expenses report.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. 5+ years warehouse related working experience and team management experience;

3. Good communication and team management skills;

4. Good oral and written English level.
