English ability, business management & commercial knowledge, PC skills

Task Description

-Regional Sales Mgt. Support

1.Dealer & RSM Monthly Report collection & consolidation

2.Potential customer data collection & database maintenance

3.Dealer stock mgt. support (stock statistics monthly report update & distribution, stock deduction campaign, etc.)

4.Regional Sales ordering management and update (coordination with Sales Admin.)

5.Regional Sales workflow and processes operation

6.Dealer performance review and summary report

-Reporting and Specific Task of RSS

1.Dealer/pilot customer/fleet contact information mgt. (e.g. hunting list, etc.)

2.Coordination with Sales Admin. For L/C opening communication & monitoring, contracts & shipping issues

3.Dealer communication & mgt. support

4.Regional Sales filing

5.Support of contracts making & bidding documents preparation

6.Coordination of dealer sales re-organization

-Sales Activity

1.Communication and coordination with dealer sales staff

2.Fleet customer care and communication

3.Sales campaign support

4.Dealer sales meeting logistics & coordination

-Marketing Activity

1.Monitoring, planning support and coordination between DNEA Marketing dept. and dealers in terms of customer events, exhibitions, advertisement and all kinds of marketing activities

-Office Administration

1.Office documentation

2.Office stationary & refreshment ordering

3.Support of RSM business trip schedule arrangement, BTA, etc.

4.Documents translation

Established in September 2012 and headquartered in Beijing, Daimler Trucks and Buses (China) Ltd. (DTBC, previously known as Daimler Trucks China) is responsible for Daimler’s business operations of imported trucks, special trucks, and buses in China. Currently, Daimler sells Mercedes-Benz Actros, Axor and Atego trucks, as well as special trucks such as the Unimog and Zetros in the Chinese market. In addition, DTBC is also actively developing the bus business for Daimler in China.
