Job Description
职位描述
1. Pre-process with the samples from our customers, for more details please see our website, www.retsch.cn;
客户样品的分析前预处理工作（详情见公司网站www.retsch.cn）；
2. Lab equipments daily maintenance;
实验室仪器日常维护；
3. Chemicals purchase and the experimental materials preparation;
化学药品采买，实验材料准备；
4. Clean work after the experiments, keep the labs in good order and sanitary;
实验后的清洁工作，维持实验室的整洁及秩序；
5. Design the steps of the experiments and accomplish smoothly according to customer’s requirements;
能根据客户需求来设计实验步骤并顺利完成；
6. Independently and accurately finish the analyze report of the experiment’ results;
能独立准确地完成实验结果的分析报告；
7. Decide the follow-up process procedure according to the identification results;
根据鉴定结果决定后续处理流程；
8. Support the sales, marketing and customers;
协助销售和市场部的客户支持等工作；
9. Control of sample reception, storage and pre-treatment;
样品接收、仓储和预处理的管理；
10. Provide advice and service to customers on classification and process;
对样品的分类、处理等为客户提供建议和服务；
11. Prepare monthly report of lab’s daily works(usage and maintenance of instruments, sample process and classification);
准备实验室常规工作（仪器的使用和维护，样品的处理和分类等）的月度报告。

Requirements
岗位要求

1. Majored in analytical chemistry, instrument analysis, organic synthesis, biological medicine;
分析化学、仪器分析、有机合成、生物医药等专业；
2. 1 to 3 years of chemical analysis experiences( excellent graduates can also be considered);
1~3年化学分析经验（条件优异的应届毕业生也可考虑）；
3. Familiar with infrared/GC/XRE/EDS/HPLC/LC-MS/GC-MS/instruments as Carbolite related experiences etc will be preferred;
熟悉红外、GC、XRE、EDS、HPLC, LC-MS, LC-MSMS, GC-MS, 马弗炉等仪器操作，有相关工作经验者优先；
4. Analyze and solve problems independently;
具有分析问题和解决问题的能力；
5. Careful and responsible and able to work under pressure;
工作认真负责，能挑战和承受较大的工作压力；
6. Integrity and team work spirit;
品行诚信,有较强的团队合作精神；
7. Excellent PC skills and English, especially in chemistry.
熟练的电脑操作技能以及英语水平，熟练化学表达方法。
