该职位是初级/入门水平的平面设计职位，主要是为PopCap亚太地区销售市场部门提供创意性服务。初级平面设计师的职责将满足于世界一流的业务营销和包装材料，同时为维护PopCap对于企业和游戏特许经营的品牌的标准。
作为在亚太区总部全球创意服务组织的成员，合适的应聘者需要在平面设计，广告，网页设计和插图上有出色的创意技能。这是增长技能和经验的好机会，在一个充满挑战的，高速与高效的环境下为休闲游戏的领头者植物打僵尸和祖玛工作。
职位描述
1. 协助高级设计师为宝开的合作伙伴根据需要营销和发布新游戏创造一系列的市场资产，这些资产可能包括零售包装，印刷营销材料，网站，商品。
2. 选择和管理外部的供应商帮助生产需要的物品，包括印刷品，光碟制品公司，玩具厂商等等。
3. 坚持跟进项目进度，但保留弹性，以协助需要特殊或紧急的项目。
4. 内部沟通的工作
5. 保持较高的质量和工艺水平，维护PopCap品牌
任职资格
1. 拥有高度认可的平面设计文凭，或者，如果现在正参与一个设计项目
2. 熟练掌握Photoshop，Indesign，Illustrator和flash。有dreamweaver和网页设计（包括HTML和CSS编辑以及图片剪裁）的经验是一个加分
3. 有插画经验并且能在英语环境下工作是一个加分
4. 有组织，具有强大的后续行动，能在最小的监督和紧凑的时间内下完成工作
5. 汉语流利，英语佳者更好
6. 出色的交流能力
7. 必须具有乐观，主动和专业的态度，以及对创造平面设计有激情。
