Responsibility

1安排更新总经理日常时间工作，协调会议，与团队的沟通工作并辅助总经理准备PPT，会议纪录和处理日常报销工作

Provide secretarial support to GM, arranging and updating GM’s daily schedule and appointments, coordinating business meetings, communicating with team, assisting GM to prepare pitches and meeting memos and processing GM’s T&L expense

2核对公司生产报表，质量部报废品报表。完成工厂运营周报表，月报表。主持并参加每月与北美进行的月报会议。

Review production daily report, quality scrap report. Submit operation weekly, monthly report. Attend OPS meeting with North American leaders.

3协助完成客户审核。包括客户审核前期准备，参加审核会议，完成审核报告。陪同客户外出。

Assit to accomplish customer audit, inluding vidences preparing for audit checklist,attending audit meeting,finish audit report.Outgoing with customers.

4.完成公司总经理交给的其它工作；

Completing other works assigned by GM

5.做好公司总经理各项事务的保密工作；

Responsible for covering confidential information of the company;

Requirements:

1.Good integrity, honest and good communication skill;

诚信，诚实，并具备良好的沟通技巧;

2.Quick learning, good English ability, Microsoft office skill;

学习能力强，良好的英语表达能力，熟悉办公系统；;

3.Can work in high pressure;

能够成熟处理工作中产生的压力;

4.Self-motivated, result oriented.

自我激励，结果导向。

Education and skill requirements:

1.College degree in electronic, electromechanical engineering or admin;

大专及以上学历, 电子类, 机电工程或者行政管理类毕业者优先;

2.Over 3 years working experience for admin or document control;

具有3年以上行政或者总经理助理工作经验;

3.Good written and spoken English

英文读写良好, 口语优秀;
