1st step: Initial training & project experience
After a comprehensive 2 weeks training program, you will be assigned to a designated project to be responsible for the team supporting, including market analysis, research, competitor information, and realize sales target…
第一阶段：在为期2周到入职培训期间，你将系统的了解整个MICE行业（Meeting会议，Incentive奖励旅游，Conference大型企业会议，Exhibition会展）的基本知识与发展方向，以及个人成长的途径与机遇。培训后将被安排在相应项目团队，完成团队的支持工作，进而融入项目，与团队其他成员建立默契。
2nd step: Marketing or Sales Management Trainee
Depend on your past experience, competencies combination, performance in the field work and personal career aspiration, you will be offered second career step in marketing or sales executive position after the initial training program.
第二阶段：根据你的工作经验及第一阶段的综合能力体现以及个人职业生涯发展规划，您将会进入销售或市场部门的管理培训环节，正式开展相应的工作。
3rd step: Team Leader in charge a new project
The outstanding trainee should be promoted as a project team leader to handle a new MICE project. Also you will get the support from the company resource.
第三阶段：出色的管理培训生，将可以提升为新MICE项目的团队负责人，来开展新的行业及地区项目，当然，你也可以得到所有公司资源的支持。
A designated career manager and an experienced mentor will be assigned to you to support and accelerate your personal growth.

Job Responsibility/职位描述：
1. Basic Communication: 熟练使用Microsoft Office软件进行公司内部团队支持及与外部客户的交流
2. Market Research: 行业市场调研，分析全球特定行业的发展趋势及格局，协助主管策划MICE项目方案
3. Project Research:分析项目所在行业市场，与顶尖的行业协会、企业、学者建立联系，推进项目。
4. To be TOP Sales: 运用电话、邮件及拜访等形式与世界1000强相关企业高管进行直接对话，与团队一起Make Deal.
5. Media Networking:与国内外主流媒体沟通，对企业及项目进行宣传
Job Requirements/职位要求:
1. Tertiary College graduate with fluently oral English
高等院校毕业，具备较出色的英文能力，以便与世界500强高管直接沟通。当然，我们将进行细致的行业及英文能力培训，以便你顺利开展工作。英文证书并非必须，但对英文学习的渴望和持续热诚是我们关注的。
2. Strong inter-personal communication skills
具有良好的人际沟通能力，思路开阔
3. Desire to work and exceed sales targets
对工作充满热情来完成团队业绩目标，并可接受短期的国内外出差（当然，费用由公司承担）
4. Data sourcing and sifting capabilities
良好的的信息整合和分析能力
