Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1.Suppliers management (Audit implementation, KPI Monitoring/maintenance, improvement plan processing).
2.Material sourcing implementation for cost down.
3.Follow up/maintain the Global Agreement in Chinese regional purchasing.
4.Outsourcing RFQ handling (HQ transfer projects or product to China).
5.Assist Manager to coordinate all 3 sites China offices procurement operation.
6.Maintain the purchasing data in ERP system.
7.Frequent contacting with HQ/Sister companies in Euro and Asia Pacific for procurement/sourcing issue.

Requirements & Qualification
1.English skills: Very fluent English both in oral and written, CET6 or above is prefer.
2.Working experiences: At least 5 years working experience of mechanical and electric material purchasing. Familiar with the electronic components/console frames processing, has plenty working experiences of customs clearance/trade terms processing. Multinational related procurement/sourcing background is prefer.
3.Has the working experience of global procurement agreement negotiation & implementation. Handled such agreement with suppliers and HQ. Has the working experience of different sites offices purchasing issues coordination.
4.Majority: Electrics/Machinery/Supply chain Management or has related technique background.
5.Very good skills in operation of inventory module in ERP system(SAP or AX Dynamics)
6.Honest, flexible mind.
7.Good negotiation skills, ability of easy communication.
8.Team Working, can work in the pressure.

Prefer:
Familiar with purchasing procedures in Manufacture field.

Has the working experiences as sourcing engineer and can handle related RFQ independently.
