工作职责：
1. 负责各平台店铺的日常维护、产品更新及销售团队管理；
2. 带领团队完成各平台运营指标和销售指标，并实时反馈，改进；
3. 有效协调店铺设计、店铺规划、活动策划、店铺推广工作、并跟进执行过程；
4 定期对客服人员进行培训，针对客服人员现有问题进行指导追踪；
5. 负责整理日、周、月监控的经营数据，并销量、转化率、跳失率等进行数据进行分析、总结，拟定下阶段计划；
6. 负责收集市场信息和行业信息，并提供有效的应付方案 ；
工作要求：
1. 两年以上相关经验，商城店铺类经验者优先；
2. 熟悉淘宝商城运营模式及操作规则，熟悉B2C,C2C整体运营；
3. 具有良好的执行能力，擅长商品、人员、销售的管理运作;
4. 具有良好的表达和沟通能力，有责任心，需要富有团队精神，能够承受工作压力，性格开朗外向。
