职位描述：

工作内容：

1.负责网站产品和手机客户端产品整体视觉风格设计，参与设计体验、流程的制定和规范，检查产品视觉和效果的质量，关注用户反馈与沟通，并根据分析结果持续优化产品UI
2.负责公司产品活动与广告的设计，网站／电子商务平台和在线媒体的交互体验优化

岗位要求：

1.两年以上UI设计工作经验，精通Android、iOS软件的图标设计，对时尚和化妆品感兴趣者更佳；
2.具有良好的设计美感和扎实的设计基础，美术类院校或相关设计专业毕业，具备一定的创造设计灵感；
3.熟练使用Adobe Photoshop， AI设计软件，能够根据交流的需求完成网站的版式和功能设计；
4.掌握人机交互设计理论知识和实践经验，对于用户体验有较深的理解，能够从用户的角度来设计界面；
5.丰富的网页设计制作经验，对页面的字体，字距、行高、字体大小、整体布局、文字排版要比较敏感，能够接受加班；
6.真心喜爱互联网，喜爱尝试各种APP，需带设计作品，英语口语流利更佳；

UI Designer / Website Designer

With such a large creative “family” busy all day with designing ads for the world’ s most famous luxury and cosmetics brands, we need an efficiency-driven administrative professional who will actively support our designers and management team.

Job Description:

1. You are responsible for the overall visual style of web and mobile designs for clients, and will also participate in design projects’ creative process and specifications, as well as check the visual quality of the final result. You will also take into account users’ feedback to continuously optimize the UI according to the analysis results.
2. You are in charge of SPARKS corporate advertising campaigns design, website/e-commerce platform interactive experience and online media optimization.

Qualifications:

If you meet the following qualifications, you might just be the person we are looking for:
1.More than two years of working experience in UI design, proficient with Android, iOS software icon design, interest in fashion and cosmetics preferred.
2.Good aesthetic sense in design and solid design background, art design major or similar graduate with good creative skills.
3.Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator software. Can complete website design in accordance with the original client guidelines and requirements.
4.Master theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the human-computor interaction design, design the product interface from user perspective with deep understanding of user experience.
5. Rich web design experience, sensitive to page font style and size, spacing and line height, overall layout, typography, willing to work overtime.
6. Passionate about the Internet and all kinds of Apps, accomplished design portfolio, fluent oral English preferred.
