General corporate practice work

Requirements:

- Legal degree from an accredited domestic and/ or foreign law school, LLM or J.D. is preferred.

- At least 2 years working experience in a reputable China or foreign law firm

- Admission to the PRC bar or other jurisdiction is preferred

- Experienced in FDI, capital market and general corporate practice

- Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and Mandarin

- Organized, detail- oriented, hard-working and outgoing team player in a multi-cultural working environment
