职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
Setting the event selling plan, strategy, and carry out the whole selling cycle.( With Drafting Event Selling Proposal ( ESP)) Tracing the whole project selling cycle, conducting the strategy during the sales procedure.
In charge of the whole team monthly performance, set and assign the task to members.
Brining up junior ( fresh) executive during the project selling, coaching the sales executives. Training them based on the requirements and priority.
Well knowing and inspecting the team performance and behaviour of team member,Solving team problems and confilict.
Handling complicated cases and making in record, Designing KPI for team leaders and cross functional to some senior sales.
Care for sales’ team building, Developing and motivating staff , to be unit, passion, positive, professional, (UPPP).
Innovating in management and coaching skills related with selling.
Partly in charge of interviewing and recruiting staff.
Signing off staff expenses and members’ sickness, holidays and expenses.
Building relationships with our valuable clients& potential clients.
Requirements:
Experience and ability to manage a sales team,positive thinking, result oriented, self-motivated, analytical & articulate.
1-2 years' sales experience with consultative and telephone-based selling or sales experience selling to decision makers would be preferred.
Experience completing the sales cycle, including targeting new business opportunities, negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication and business writing skills, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a competitive fast-paced environment.
Excelent learning ability, good at accept new things.
Proficient in English & Chinese.
A go-getter (result oriented) willing to take calculative risk & adaptable to changing conditions.

主要职责:
制定会议销售计划、策略,在会议销售周期中严格实行,同时拟定会议销售计划 ( ESP)
随时跟踪销售情况,指导和制定销售策略
负责整个销售团队的每月指标,指定和分配任务给每位组员
指导新人在销售周期中快速成长,辅导销售人员,依照销售要求培训组员
监管团队行为,在工作中给予充分鼓励,激发组员对项目的热情,培养责任感
负责处理紧急事件并记录在案,制定项目考核标准

要求:
有足够的经验管理和激发一个团队,思维活跃,自我激励,善于分析
1-2年同行业或咨询行业经验,有电话销售管理团队经验更加
销售管理经验丰富,包括制定目标,把握商机能力强,有很强的合同探讨和执行能力
高度的自制力,做事主动,有很强的沟通以及商务协作能力以及工作能力,能适应快节奏的工作氛围
熟练的英语和中文表达能力
有极强的适应能力,用于承担责任
