职位要求：
1. 负责mingjian.cn 的搜索引擎的优化（包括Baidu, TaoBao, Google, So, Sogou, Soso,等）
2. 负责网站内容优化、关键词优化、内外部链接优化、代码优化、图片优化。
3. 熟悉网站开发语言（PHP），能独立进行网站架构的合理调整和代码优化。
4. 制定编辑SEO规范，对编辑进行搜索引擎优化培训。
5. 统计、分析PV、UV、新访客、转化率、跳出率、访问时长数据及其变化趋势，分析数据变化原因，为网站运营提供数据支持。

职位要求：
? 广告学、市场营销和计算机与信息管理专业优先；
? 二年以上网络推广、网站优化工作经验。
? 熟练掌握各项SEO技术，有强烈的网站优化技巧，能有效提高关键词排名。
? 熟悉主要受索引擎的搜索算法，并及时作出搜索调整。
? 具有分析数据的能力，并会使用网站分析工具对其评估。
