负责为国外客户提供化学品定制服务，深入了解客户定制项目要求，并按要求寻求国内外研发机构等合作单位提供相关定制服务，全面掌握项目进展，确保按时给客户提供优质的产品和服务

职位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语类相关专业；最好具有有机化学、药物化学等相关化学专业背景；
2、熟悉有机合成、药物研发，有实验室有机合成工作经验或国内外实验室合作经验优先;或有相关产品国际贸易经验者优先。
3、具备较好的沟通、协调及执行能力，工作踏实认真、应对快捷敏锐，责任心强，有上进心,责任心,具有团队合作精神；
4、具备良好的英语听说读写能力，熟练运用各种办公软件；熟练阅读化工类英语文献。

5、1年以上外贸相关领域工作经验，
6、了解进出口业务流程，熟悉外贸进出口业务环节；

7、能够通过网络平台维护与开发建立国外客户。

岗位职责：
1、销售人员职位，在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
2、按照公司贸易业务的操作流程及管理制度执行和跟踪监督贸易业务；
3、协助实施公司贸易业务的工作目标、工作计划；
4、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

Main responsibilities:
Responsible for project literature search and analysis report
Responsible for project establishment and management for RD activities
Keep labs in HSE and other regulations compliance
Organize and manage labware and maintain appropriate levels of inventory for reagents, chemicals
Elaborate laboratory procedures which are the backbone of manufacturing processes
Review and write requisite technical reports
Synthesis of small amounts of substances
Technical communication and transfer to the related location

Working experiences
Have a master Degree with at least 3 years related experience
Solid background in synthetic organic chemistry or other closely-related education
Familiar with HPLC GC auto-titration and spectroscopic technologies
Quick learner with excellent ability to learn new knowledge and technologies
Knowledge of plant production procedures and pharmaceutical cGMP rules will be a matter of preference
Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office & chemistry applications software
Proactive and self-motivated team player with good interpersonal communication
