职位描述
工作职责：
— 规划、管理、完善公司海运部的日常工作，完善海运部服务窗口体系；
— 负责对下属员工工作分工及调配，确保操作流畅；
— 负责协助OP处理操作过程中的突发事件；
— 定期召开部门会议，总结经验，避免同样错误重复发生；
— 负责本部门员工的工作绩效评定；
— 配合财务部、市场部处理有关事项，包括提供应收应付的准确单证资料及有关动态情况的密切协调；
— 负责上级安排的其他工作。
职位要求：
1、熟悉海运进出口操作流程，并有五年以上货运代理的工作经验，三年以上的部门管理经验，能正确面对工作压力；
2、丰富的海外代理经验，熟悉海运市场，并拥有较好人脉网络，有一定客户资源；
3、工作认真负责，有创新力，思路清晰敏捷，具备协调以及解决问题的能力，有较强的应变能力、谈判能力；
4、大专或以上学历，英语四级以上水平，熟练的英语听说读写能力。
5、有国际大型货代企业工作经验者优先。
