1.Daily inspection work arrangement, coordinate the questions in the inspection and measuring.

2.Establish inspection work instructions, take leadership of trouble shooting for measuring and measuring skills development

3.Responsible for measuring equipments maintenance,

4.Provide training and instruction for inspectors;

5.Handling the non-conforming parts internally and customer rejected;

6.Supports quality control with specific quality method and analysis the quality with statistical technical;

7.Support to handle the internal quality issues together with production

8.Review and approval for inspection reports.

Qualification and Requirement

1.College degree in tooling designer, Engineering, manufacturing;

2.At least 5 years of working experience in stamping industry, inspection and measuring, familiar with inspection procedures and equipments;

3.Familiar with TS16949 and ISO9001 quality system, TS 16949 certified internal auditor

4.Good communication skills

5.Quick learning ability who is target-oriented, self-driven, highly motivated with good team spirit
