What are my responsibilities?
- Responsible in providing consultancy, energy audit and energy conservation proposal as well as performance assurance report to end-customer
- Leads or supports preliminary data collection & modeling, on site work through…etc. Validates assumptions made during solution sales qualification steps
- Plays an active role in leading cross-- functional teams in the development of specific components of the bundled sale
- Presentations to technical buyer as required.
- Participates in transition meetings with Operations to ensure project scope and objectives, timeline and customer requirements are properly understood.
- Develops and maintains relationships with suppliers and vendors as well as facility mid-- level technical managers.
- May provide post-contract design review support
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Energy solution business growth (revenue and profit)
- Internal Contact: EES CoC, EE BD, Local service sales, solution sales team, and project manage team, GMO...
- External Contact: Customer technical manager, Customer facility manager, Customer CEO/CFO/COO, Third party solution provider

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- At least 3 years of working experience in Energy Service/HVAC industry, field energy efficiency projects experience is preferred
- Master’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering with understanding of facility energy system profile and energy efficiency technologies application of renewable energy and etc
- Proficient in Energy saving calculation and solutions development
- Proficient in application of energy saving analysis tools like equest, dest and etc
- Strongly self motivated under high pressure environment
- Independent working spirit with creative thinking on field problems
- Good communication skills
- Good in both oral and writing English skills
