PURPOSE:
? To establish, lead and manage, from beginning to end, projects that resolve significant business needs within agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards by implementing Lubrizol technology platforms in the FROP marketplace

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
? Managing a number of product development projects, concurrently, to support the marketing and sales of FROP product range (specifically DN and CN);
? Manage complex projects, involving colleagues from a range of departments/locations from initiation to successful completion;
? Coordinate work-flow with a wide range of individuals and disciplines;
? Develop estimates and project scope (objectives, milestones, resources, and economics) independently;
? Able to translate LZ business plans into commercial projects;
? Define and negotiates strategic product developments with customers;
? Monitor results and adjusts work plan to ensure success and achievement of outcomes;
? Develop cost effective solutions to technical problems;
? Build relationships to develop long-term partnerships with sales and external customers/OEMs;
? Leads development of the customer technical strategy;
? Represent Lubrizol with key customers and at external & professional events;

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:
? University Bachelor degree;
? Experience in FROP additives and/or Fuels Technology and marketing environment, with international exposure and end user contacts is preferred;
? Minimum of two (2) years experience in Project Management or closely related discipline;
? Project Management skills & experience;
? Technical (fuels applications) skills to assist external customers and sales with performance or specification related queries;
? Has leadership experience as a key player in account team.
