职位要求:

职位描述:1）35-45岁，专科及以上学历，建筑工程相关专业；

2）具备8年以上项目总管理经验，精通施工现场整套工序流程。良好的沟通能力，可独立管理整个项目（会项目预概算者优先）；

3）熟悉现场施工技术及工艺，具备较强的工程进度控制、工程质量控制、材料管理、成本控制等能力，能

迅速处理各阶段各环节突发事件；

4）熟悉相关政策法规，具有统一协调设计单位、监理单位、总包及供应商经验；在招投标管理、装修管理及施工管理方面有丰富的从业经验（具备工业安装项目或商业精装修项目管理经验优先）。一经录用，待遇从优。公司将根据国家和地方有关规定为员工缴纳社会保险
入职要求
1、 本科及以上学历，强电专业；
2、 3年以上相关工作经验，有大型商用机电项目工作经验者优先；

3、 熟练掌握AutoCAD、Office等办公软件
4、 了解行业规范，有一定现场施工管理能力；
5、 具有一定的英语能力

6、 能够适应在外地工作
