职位描述:

1、采购专员职位，独立负责建筑项目采购工作；

2、规划、指导公司的采购工作；

3、做好采购质量、数量管理工作；

4、负责应付款的审查工作，提供采购费用报告；

5、规范、协调采购政策，确保公司利益。



任职资格

1、大专及以上学历，工民建等相关专业；

2、建筑行业5年以上采购管理工作经验，熟悉机电、装饰材料的市场行情；

3、熟悉采购流程，熟悉采购相关质量管理体系；

4、良好采购谈判能力和协调能力，团队精神强；

5、品德优良、忠实可靠、责任心强，具有较强韧性

6、有装饰公司或机电安装公司相关工作经验者优先。
