职位描述:

任职要求；

工程类或工程经济类专业毕业；
精通建筑材料以及相关设备性能并了解各种材料和设备市场行情；
三年以上房地产企业或建筑企业材料采购经验；
熟悉材料采购流程，了解相关设备性能、工装、各种材料和设备市场行情；
有较强的成本意识及工作原则性；具备良好的职业道德。

岗位职责：

1、 负责公司工程各类装饰材料的采购，拟定询标文件，报价比较分析，合同谈判，与工程部门的衔接验收，材料质量及进度管理；

2、 负责公司工程各类装饰材料（含辅材）的供应，为成本部门核价提供市场依据；

3、 对各项目采购计划归类汇总，满足项目进度的前提下集中采购，最大限度降低成本；

4、 建立并更新建材市场价格信息库，建立并维护合格供应商信息库，建立专业招投标活动档案库，参与供应商评估。
