Our holding company is a large-size (around 600 professionals) Italian Corporate & Tax Advisory service provider, with strong exposure to an international clientele.

For our PRC-based consulting subsidiary, we are now recruiting a Junior PRC legal advisor with around 1 - 3 years working experience in a primary international firm (either foreign or Chinese-owned). The applicant shall have a track record in advisory on FDI issues (corporate, labour, IPR, contractual etc.), be able to conduct legal researches and have basic knowledge of opinion / contract drafting.

Actual experience in tax consulting will be considered as a strong plus.

Location: Shanghai.

Selection will be conducted as a three-steps process.

First, all candidates shall undergo a general FDI-advisory proficiency test (in English language) and an English/Chinese test.

Candidates who achieve the required score will be re-contacted for interviews and vetting.
