DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ Insure that the manufacturing parameters and techniques of composite technologies are respected in order to reduce the rates of rejections;
？ Improve composite manufacturing processes and tooling, insure follow up and communication of document changes;
？ Manufacturingjigs,molds and prototypes;
？ Contribute to thedevelopment of new processes, methodologies and products;
？ Participate in gathering data from prototyping and development and quality indicatorsfor production;
？ Participate in the fabrication and assembly of composite parts and tools, using resins, fiberglass, reinforcements, structural adhesives, silicon, foam, tooling boards and other various materials and ensure completion;
？ Insure the fine tuning of existing composite process technologies;
？ Insure
？ Ensure continuous training with production, quality and engineering employees;
？ May be required to participate in evening conference calls to liaise with head office in Montreal.
？ And manyother tasks andprojects relatedto the position.
？ Occasionally support sourcing for composite material, tools, technology etc


SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS:
? Experience in mold maintenance.
? Must have knowledge of Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Molding processes (VARTM).
? Knowledge of process controlvacuummoldingandresin infusionis a major asset.
? Results and deadline oriented
? Strong teamwork attitude;
? High communication skillsand capacity to ensure a high level of professional problem solving on the phone and by email
? Calmness under pressure and strict conditions
? Ability to maintain records in timely and accurate mode
? Strong organizational skills and discipline
? Practical judgment of priorities
? Autonomy and initiative
