Experience or skills required
? Min. 5 years’ work experience in PCBA and BPA fabrication process,
? Be familiar with NPI procedure and setting up process flow /work instruction.
? Stronger engineering logic and trouble-shooting capability.
? Be familiar with SMT, Press, Assembly, inspection, Test etc. key process and technical request.
? Have experience in fast connector and new kinds of connector process knowledge is preferred..
? Be familiar with ECO procedure and tracker.
? Skilled in design tools (Pro/E & ACAD) operations is preferred.
? Good English skill on reading, writing and speaking.
? Good communication skill and team working spirit.
? Familiar with software of CAM350 is preferred.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Support NPI sample development, defines process and create flow chart for new product. Analysis and estimate the feasibility of new product will be running smoothly in mass production in Company.
? Create PFMEA and analysis new product to detect potential failure model and defines correct actions. Create new product process work instruction, support new product trail run and verify the process work instruction.
? Design necessary tooling and fixture for key quality step of product.
? Defines and implements steps to test and improve the effectiveness/reliability of individual operations and overall sequences.
? Lead and implement ECO, continue improve manufacture process and reduce fail rate.
? Provides training to engineer, technician, operators when new product sample build, preproduction, new process introduction, ECO change and work instruction etc.
? Create and development on engineering standards and technical procedure.
? Involve Kaizen, CI etc. cost reduction program and give very strong support from technology.
? Quotation support to IE when new NBO required.
? Process audit.
