II PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Outline the major duties and roles necessary to accomplish the objectives of the job. (Do attach additional sheets if necessary)

• Received Sales orders from CCS ，create production planning order in SAP,

受理销售订单，并在SAP系统里生成生产计划订单。

• Issues and print the production documents according planning order , update all the datasheet in system SAP & Felas , EVF+ ect.

将生产计划单转化成生产文件，并打印整理，同时更新SAP & Felas , EVF+等系统数据。

• Base on the order delivery time and production capacity to plan or adjust the production schedule.

根据订单发货时间和生产产能安排生产计划，安排生产调度。

• Base on the sale forecast and actual order calculate the materials usage and plan the raw material demand , effective raw material stock inventory .control.

根据销售预估和实际订单计算原料的使用量并做出原料需求计划,并能有效的监控原料的库存

• Issue the material purchase request and better to tracking .

下达原料采购需求单并根据到货计划做好物料的到货跟踪。

• Collect the production documents from production line ， enter the production data into FELAS. EVF+ system and process the Data Statistics

收集整理生产文件，在FELAS. EVF+数据系统里输入相关信息并进行统计和归档。

• Monitoring and controlling article master data in system to be set up and update in time ,ensure the deviation is within target

在生产系统里对基础数据的建立/更新及时地进行监控和维护，确保数据的准确性。

• Finished daily and Monthly report for production as required.

根据需要完成相应的日报表和月度表报

REQUIREMENTS

1) EDUCATION

• College degree in business management;

2) EXPERIENCE

• At least 2 year experience in planning, logistics management or supply chain management;

3) SKILLS

• Good attitude for improve self;
• Good communication skill;
• Time management;
• Team working spirit;
