The Training Engineer will support the Workforce Readiness Manager in the development and execution of a broad range of Plant activities to support successful launches.
This role will require the individual to lead and participate in cross functional teams on a wide range of subjects.
The individual will have the scope to develop training solutions to Plant Launch issues and must also have the ability to deliver on these solutions.

? Identify and train Subject Matter Experts for the programme为项目鉴定和培训主题专家。
????? Develop and implement a timing plan制定实施阶段性计划
? Identify key skills gaps by technology and develop training solution 通过专业识别关键技能差距并制定培训方案

1. Degree in Education or Business

2. Strong computer skill (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

4. 3-year plus Automotive experience

5. Able to be flexible with working arrangements including shifts & overtime where required
