POSITION SUMMARY:

The purpose of the HR Specialist is to Implement global resourcing system, guidelines, tools and processes in China ; follow up country level resourcing processes and programs; Maintain efficient resourcing channels for ensuring cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction; Provide functional consultation and Training to all line managers and other teams of HRS, China
.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Work with HRS team to understand the business requirement on recruitment
? Independently handle recruiting activities for related business lines; Deeply understand position background and JD to search and screen out suitable candidates
? Arrange all process of interview, and work with hiring manager to provide interview and employment advices
? Make the offer proposal and offer letter after identifying the final candidates
? Prepare on boarding documents and coordinate with HR Support team to ensure new employee on boarding process be conducted smoothly
? Work closely with recruitment service venders and ensure recruitment channel effectiveness & efficiency
? prepare and submit kinds of recruiting analysis report regularly
? Deliver New hire Orientation to new comer
? Complete other assignments from the manager.
? Support Learning & Development function base on actual requests

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty. ? With a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, at least 5+ years recruitment experience, relevant industry background is preferred.
? Knowledge of Labor laws and related regulations.
? Recruitment experiences in country base is a plus,
? Ability to effectively communicate (in writing and verbally) to all levels of Organization
? Proficiency with MS software and database management systems.
? Native Chinese Speaker and proficient English in both writing and speaking
