Responsibilities:
1.To handle Each NPI projects operates following Delivery Date as the NPI Project owne to
根据项目交期，管控每个NPI项目运作;
2.To follow NPI process requirements to ensure that process stages are delivered on time and to customer requirements;
遵照NPI流程，确保内部制程及时准确地达到客户要求
3.To review and Prepare New Tools and Fixtures required for project and work closely with suppliers in ensuring on time delivery as schedule NPI;
运行过程中需要的新工具和夹具的准备，并确保按时准确交货
4.To work with Production ENG Team to Complete Prototype Sample / Pilot Run, Trouble shoot/FA process related issues during NPI build, Train Production Engineers as Technical advisor;
与生产工程一起，完成试产；分析解决制程问题并培训产线工程师;
5.To finish PFEMA Investigate Report after PPAP , NPI to Mass Evaluate;
试产后的PFEMA报告完成，NPI转Mass的评估;
6.To create ECO/DCO and Maintain System
发行ECO/DCO进行系统维护
7.To process customer change request to Contract Manufacturing Products
对代工制造产品的客户要求处理
8.Others job assigned by management.
经理分配的其他工作


Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, or College degree with rich experience
本科学历（经验丰富的，专科亦可）
2.Minimum of 5 years Direct in EMS industry as process/project engineer related experience required,two or more years of project management experience strongly encouraged
5年以上电子制造业NPI或项目工程师经验，期间最好能有2-3年以上的项目管理经验
3.Advanced technical and process skills. Ability to trouble shooting
较强的制程分析和问题解决能力
4.Ability to effectively communicate with external or internal parties to achieve business objectives/results
较好的内外部沟通能力以达成业务项目目标
5.Good English is required, including oral and written, independent working capability
具有流利的英语沟通和独立工作的能力
6.Ability to work under the environment of high pressure and challenge
具有良好的抗压能力和勇于接受挑战意识
7.Good Office Skill
