职位描述
Job Description
1) Heat treating facilities Marketing and market development;
*Studying the potential market segments of EBNER product and develop potential customers;
*Studying international and domestic market status of heat treatment facilities, collecting information of competitors and feedback in a timely manner;
*Collecting, tracking and filing project information;
*Carrying out the market survey to define the market hotspots;
*Planning and organizing marketing activities, including advertising, assisting in product catalogue designing, sourcing the advertising channels and collecting the advertisement feedbacks;
*Organizing and coordinating the exhibitions; and establishing the EBNER brand advantages in the target market;
*Participating various forum, conference and summits held by the relevant industry associations to collect market trend information;
2) Sales Management
*Making sales plan according to company annual sales target and carrying out the plan to fulfill the sales targets*Contacting, maintaining and strengthening the customer relationships;
*Supporting EL sales force negotiated with customers and finally signed the business contracts;
*Organizing and participating the technical communicating meetings and technical negotiations, and interpreting in the meetings when required;
*Studying and translating bidding documents and technical documentations, troubleshooting questions from customers in a timely manner;
*Calculating the products quotation;
*Supporting and coordinating other sales persons involved in the projects
*Summarizing, analyzing and reviewing the market status and reporting in a timely manner;
3) Project management
*Establishing full set of project documents as per the project management requirements;
*Making and releasing the Order Notice;
*Organizing the internal Kickoff meeting;
*Participating the project kickoff meeting in the customer sides;
*Calculating and checking contract VOKA;
*Maintaining and updating projects basic information regularly; Updating project cash flow information, including material purchasing, subcontracting progress and receivable collecting information in time; Preparing monthly project progress report for finance department;
*KBD reviewing and controlling;
*Contract amendment management;
*Supporting EL project manager involved in the project;
*Reviewing the packing lists before products shipment;
*Tracking and collecting project receivable payment in time;
*Settling the NAKA projects;
Qualification
*Bachelor in electrical or mechanical engineering
*Minimum 5 yrs of experience in technical project or sales, preferable with experience in heavy metal industry and heat treatment equipment
*Fluent in oral and written English
*Often business travelling required
