Working Experiences Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in quality related field and Statistical background in a manufacturing environment
- Industrial spray dry experience preferred
- Ability to achieve objectives with little direct support.
- Must be used to work with international team
- Experienced in measurement systems, SPC, FMEA, etc.
- Experience with PPAP
Technical Skill Requirements:
- Will be required to acquire a working knowledge of ADPS&APS
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to achieve objectives with little direct support.
- Knowledge of 8D and other quality control tool, such as DPMU, PPM etc
Responsibilities:
- Be actively involved in the APDS-process as a APDS project team member representing the Quality function
- Verify that results from all relevant APDS activities are documented and meet Autoliv and customer requirements
- Communicate results (from SQ) regarding the Supplier APQP processes to the APDS project team
- Prototype-, pre-production- and serial production control plan
- Actively involved in PFMEA (enhance error proofing)
- Verify that the results from Quality related activities at R@R meet Autoliv and customer requirements. Verify the closure of open issues prior to SOP
- Identify risks, analyze them, elevate to the correct level of management, suggest corrective actions, verify closure of open issues.
- Support timely accurate review of customer PPAP and sign off
- Lead Problem Resolution Cross Functional Team using 8D-process:
- To analyze any product non-conformities in order to solve issues and verify customer or ALV concern.
- To communicate and follow up (8D) with CQS according to need.
- To analyze internal ppm, and generate continuous improvement actions (e.g. PDCA, standards,poka-yoke, product changes, RPN reduction)
- Coordinate the disposition and hold of all suspect products (GP12)
- Check if other ALV plants are affected and apply AS 53 (Q Alert)
- Update control plans and ensure that quality planning documentation is always updated (e.g. PFMEA, SWI, visual aids)
- OPI 4 reporting
- Participate in product/process/dock audits (including AS 67)
- Support implementation and maintenance of lessons learned system by active involvement
- Continuous improvement
