职位描述
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design and maintain Quality control process for all manufacturing to meet highest international standards.
2. Coordinate with overseas QA team to share best practices.
3. Day to day coordination of all QA activities, priorities and issues.
4. Build and maintain local quality QM system for all the products including that in automotive, aerospace area, and ensure to get required certification.
5. Ensure daily operations of lab to meet production requirements.
6. Monitor incoming materials from external suppliers.
7. Lead SQE activities, help vendor to build up eligible quality system
8. Drive to satisfy internal and external customers.
9. Handle customer complaints.
10. Application support for other departments.
11. Enlarge/improve necessary portfolio of technical processing capabilities according to market capabilities.
12. Ensure all QA employees are meeting targets and standards. Use KPIs to achieve targets.
13. Coach and develop subordinates.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1. At least 10 years in quality field with at least 4 years managerial level;
2. Experience in multiple and sizable foreign company will be a plus.
COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS
1. Build relationship with other department and manage conflict.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Can analyze well and use sound judgment.
4. Drive for results.
5. Work under pressure
EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree.
2. Fluent oral English.
3. Be familiar with SAP operations.
4. In depth knowledge of quality management.
