职位描述 / Position Description

负责新车型工艺的研究、开发、编制及推广工作负责。

Responsible for research, development, compiling and promotion of the new technique of the model.

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

l 与产品设计工程师共同工作，负责协调产品的工艺可行性

Work with designing engineers and adjust the technique feasibility of the model.

l 负责该车型总装所有工艺资料的编制

Compile all the technique materials for the final assembly of the model.

l 对所负责的车型的试制和投产工作负责：

Responsible for the trial production and launch of the model.

l 负责该车型通用设备的改造或升级调试的技术支持

Technical support for the modification or upgrading test of general equipment of the model.

l 负责该车型专用设备的准备和购买；

Prepare and purchase specialized equipment of the model

l 负责该车型的的零部件的认知准备

Prepare spare parts of the model.

l 负责该车型试制和投产阶段的工艺资料的准备工作

Prepare technique files during the trial production and launch periods.

l 负责投产阶段的生产组织协调

Organize and coordinate production during launch period.

l 对所负责的车型在总装内的工艺的执行和实施负责

Responsible for the execution and implementation of the technique at the final assembly stage.

l 协助车间员工的技术培训工作

Assist the employees' technical training in the workshop.

l 及时组织解决所负责的车型在总装内出现的技术问题

Work on the technical problems in the final assembly

l 督促和检查各自然工作组对总装工艺的执行情况

Supervise and inspect the execution of the final assembly technique of each natural workgroup.

l 对所负责的车型在总装内的全面质量管理的实施负责

Responsible for the overall quality management of the model in the final assembly

l 协助设备维护工程师作好通用工艺设备的维护和改造的工作

Assist the equipment maintenance engineer with the maintenance and revampment of general technical equipment.

l 负责生产线及设备的安装、调试、验收工作

Responsible for installing, testing and signing off the assembly line and equipment.

l 负责公司新品开发的总装图纸资料的工艺审查

Review the technical aspect of the final assembly drawing of the newly developed product.

l 负责总装夹具设计方案的审查和总装夹具设计制造中的技术协调

Review the design proposal of final assembly jigs and provide technical support in designing and manufacturing final assembly jigs.

任职条件/ Qualifications：

l 本科以上学历。

Bachelor degree or above.

l 熟悉汽车构造，在汽车总装工艺方面有较好的专业知识和实践经验

Familiar with the automotive configuration and expertise at final assembly technique, both in theory and practice

l 了解的产品开发体系相关节点和主要工作内容

Understand the milestones and contents of Product Development System.

l 借助各种工具，不断提高工作效率；（包括并不限于Digital Buck/PDV、WERS、LQOS、APQP、MADIS）

Make use of different instruments to improve the working efficiency. (include but not limited to Digital Buck/PDV PDV、WERS、LQOS、APQP、MADIS)

l 英语能力—四级以上。

English skills required---CET4.

l 良好的敬业精神，团队协作能力强

Good respected spirit, good team work skills.

l 软件使用Software (Word, Excel, CAD, MS Project)。
