职位描述 / Position Description

In the context of a vehicle or industrial project, the final checking supervisor :

在汽车或工业项目中，质量主管的工作职责如下：

- Ensure the means necessary to configure and control electricity/electronic devices are adapted and rolled out

保证电力/电子设备正常工作所必须的资源的及时更新和利用。

- Ensure implementation of assembly and finishing process controls, in compliance with Assembly reference material

保证总装检测和工艺控制的完成及其的一致性。

- Ensure supervision of means and processes

保证工艺和检测的监管

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

l - Define needs in terms of resources and investments for the final checking area on a Vehicle Project.

确定终检区域所需的资源和投资预算。

l - Ensure the planning is respected for the project considered

保证计划的及时完成。

l - Participate in feedback and improvement of R&D Assembly department

参与反馈和协助总装研发的工艺改进工作。

l Control part:

l - Participate in update of the generic RVCV, for all developments associated with the Vehicle Project

参与日常质检的更新工作。

l - Ensure drafting & qualification of the control procedures of RVCV

负责起草和完善质量检验控制程序

l - Participate in reaching Project goals in terms of process time for final checking area

及时的完成项目目标。

l - Set up and deliver control stations to final checking area

终检区域检查站的成立和分配工作

l - Make available the necessary means for unitary and frequency controls for final checking area

实现终检区域的节拍控制

l Surveillance part:

l - Identify with the design departments about the characteristics that need to be controlled and supervised for the Project

与设计部门协同确定项目中需要控制和监管的量。

l - Set up and deliver assembly Quality Gate control stations,

建立并分配质量门控制站。

l - Implement surveillance methods all along the assembly process.

完成所有装配过程中的监测方法

l - Ensure entire control plan (surveillance plan, key points, Trade Basics…)

保证整个控制计划（监控计划，关键点，贸易基础）

l Sensitive Processes and EE means part:

关键工艺和电子与电气设备部分

l - Guarantee the sensitive process specifications will be applied in the context of the Vehicle Project.

保证关键工艺技术规范的执行

l - Ensure the necessary developments of sensitive equipment and follow their validation process

保证关键设备的研发工作并跟进其验证过程

l - Ensure the design departments take into account the EE assembly requirements

保证设计部门对电子与电气总装要求的考虑

l - Ensure the EE means configuring and controlling procedures are available and adapted to the Vehicle Project

保证电子与电气设备的配置与控制程序的可行性和适应性

l 任职条件/ Qualifications：

l Bachelor degree or above.

本科以上学历。

l Experience of mechanics, automation and production

机械、自动化和生产相关经验

l - Knowledge of assembly workshops and finishing process

熟悉总装生产工艺和设备

l - Knowledge of automobiles (especially vehicle electronics)

车辆相关知识（特别市汽车电子）

l - Assembly process reference material

熟悉总装工艺相关材料

l - Knowledge of sensitive processes

熟悉关键工艺

l - Knowledge of EE means (CONTEV/COLISE, ODISSEE, POCKET-DIAG) used in the plant.

l - Knowledge of Quality tools (FMECA, surveillance plans, capability…)

质量工具的相关知识

l English skills required---CET4.

英语能力—四级以上。

l Good respected spirit, good team work skills.

良好的敬业精神，团队协作能力强

l Software (Word, Excel, CAD, MS Project)。

熟悉相关软件的使用（Word, Excel, CAD, MS Project）
