人力资源管培生 HR Trainee - SKF China Headquarter
Location - Jiading, Shanghai
Responsibility
1. Shared Service Center Support: Assist in handling employees' daily
inquiries, including but not limited to compensation and benefits, attendance
management, employee relations, etc., ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of
service processes.
2. Recruitment Process Management: Participate in all stages of the
recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling,
and candidate tracking, to ensure the smooth progress of recruitment activities.
3. Talent Development Program: Support the design and implementation of talent
development programs, including training plans, career development planning,
and performance management, to promote employees' personal growth and career
development.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in collecting and analyzing human
resource-related data, and prepare reports to provide decision support for
management.
5. Employee Engagament Support: Assist in organizing and executing employee
activities, including team building, employee recognition, etc., to enhance
employees' sense of belonging and team cohesion.
Requirement
1. Master degree from well-reputated university with Human Resources related
major is highly preferred. Graduating in 2024 or 2025.
2. Self-driven and open-minded, with good learning ability and adaptability,
capable of growing quickly in a fast-paced work environment.
3. Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
4. Good presentation skill with fluent English
