工作内容：
1. 参与生产的过程管理与过程改进/Participate in process management and continuous improvement
2. 带领团队开发和改进数字化项目/Lead team on Digitalization project and improvement
3. 对于生产过程MES系统、防错系统进行优化，并持续改善/Continuous improvement on MES and error proofing system
4. 解决日常生产中出现的MES系统、防错系统问题/Daily MES & error proving maintenance/problem solving
5. 负责所有MES系统的P1,P2的更新和培训以及文件的受控和发放/Responsible for MES system P1&P2
document update/training and document control to release
6. 对于MES、防错系统的维护保养的标准制定和培训以及执行/Make MES & error proofing system maintenance standard,
training and executive
7. 对于MES、防错系统设备的标准化设置的持续改善和推进/Make standard setting on MES & error proofing system and

8. 对于涉及的工艺文件的更新和发放/Process document up to date and release

Autoliv Shenda (Tai Cang) Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd (abbr. ACX) is a joint venture company which is established by the Sweden Autoliv Group（Fortune 500 company）and Shanghai Shenda Group in September of 2006, it was SOP in August of 2007.The plant is specialty in auto-safety belt. The management system is based on Autoliv global management standard.
World advanced textile product facilities and test facilities are available in the plant with the capacity of 135 million meters per year, to attain the status of one of the biggest webbing plant in the world. Our Customer includes all major vehicle brands.
