Responsibilities 岗位职责：
1.建立公司产品与应用之间的连接，为公司产品拓展新的应用场景;
2.通过以下（包括但不限于）的方式锁定业务对象和联系人：渠道或公司客户数据库已有的信息，通过电话/电子邮件，参加展会和论坛，通过网络和其他多媒体，行业龙头企业及市场分级……，对这些信息做分析加工，并为转化为销售线索；
3.从众多线索中归纳出“可做应用推广”的共性特征，通过销售会议/研讨会方式拟定推广行动计划，并籍此将“可推广的应用”转化为更多销售机会；
4.结合市场诸多行业和公司产品于技术做敏锐分析，锁定目标行业和具体业务对象。并对未及行业的业务对象做陌生拜访，剖析需求并整理相关销售线索；
5.总结归纳众多业务需求下的公司产品和技术的独特卖点，并输出为业务拓展材料，如：撰写宣传文书、制作市场资料、后期资料的整理及归档；
6.参与公司关键大客户的业务，根据客户需求不断改进产品解决方案，提高客户满意度；
7.每周更新客户沟通记录并汇总报告；与其他部门内部协调，确保产品交付；
8.根据销售预测，收集行业信息，明确目标市场、客户定位及销售拓展方式及策略。

Qualification 任职资格/要求：
1.本科以上学历，理工科背景，电气，自动化，机械等相关专业优先；
2.学习能力突出，具备5年销售或业务拓展经验，工业品或自动化行业优先；
3.较强的对业务对象的陌生拜访能力，满足独立开拓市场的要求；
4.积极向上，品行端正，抗压力强，能适应短期出差；
5.喜欢具挑战性的销售和业务拓展工作，较强的亲和力及卓越的谈判能力；
6.良好的组织、沟通、协调的能力，能高效利用公司的资源。
