Job Description
This position requires excellent English speaking skills, Chinese lingual skill is an advantage
The Senior QA is the key person to communicate with German design team, Shanghai technical team and factories in regards to all technical issues
You will be expected to:
? Communicate with German design team and China QA manager to understand the technical requirement to achieve the look of design
? Administer all sampling and production processes, evaluate all production issues, communicate with technical team to provide optimal solutions to resolve.
? Ensure optimal level of supervision to the technical team of factories to ensure adherence to all target delivery on sampling as well as bulk production
? To maintain trustworthy professional relationship with the existing as well as the prospective vendors.
? Daily travel to various factories for on site technical supervision and problem solving.
? Occasional travel to travel to Shanghai

Requirements
? A qualified woven garment engineer with factory production floor expertise
? Understand technical function and limitation of different kind of sewing machine
? Process acute sewing technic and is able to demonstrate proper sewing technic to garment workers.
? Strong knowledge on woven fabric, padding & down/feather material, understand characteristic and potential production problem of each fabric quality
? Strong team work spirit, will actively support Shanghai technical team, German design team and factories to prevent technical problems
? Outgoing and self-assertive personality with exceptional diplomatic skills in convincing garment factories to achieve the quality standard required
? Should be result oriented with good business acumen, computer literate with excellent time management and organization skills.
? At least 10 years of woven garment manufacturing experience, 5 years in similar managerial capacity
