Responsibilities：
Responsible for the development of mass production testing for IC products. Including the development of testing specifications, load board design, ATE testing program development and debugging.
Responsible for maintaining mass production testing, organizing, and analyzing test data.
Collaborate with the design department to conduct product testing and verification to ensure smooth introduction of mass production.
Responsible for handling, analyzing, and improving low yield issues related to product mass production.
Support sample reliability back testing and conduct corresponding tests according to customer specific sample supply needs.

Requirements:
Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, major in communication, computer, electronics, automation, etc., with over 3 years of experience in chip testing.
Familiar with chip packaging and testing process. Know about the digital circuits and analog circuits. Proficient in testing scheme design and ATE testing program development.
Master at least one ATE platform program development experience.
Proficient in using instruments and equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies, with the ability to perform single-board testing.
Good independent work ability, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and strong teamwork spirit.
Likes to delve into research. Has a passion for technology learning, an innovative thinking, and can quickly accept and master new technologies. Has an independent and proactive learning ability.
