职位描述

1) Ensure the order/PO details (such as costing, vendor information, item description, delivery, and any item required etc.) can be recorded in appointed systems accurately and timely.
2) Monitor the order progressing with vendors, buyers and internal parties to ensure the delivery schedules can be run on track.
3) Coordinate sampling arrangement per for approved per required schedule.
4) Work closely with Quality team to ensure the customer’s requirements can be fulfilled.
5) Support the basic daily operations such as: support the arrangement of the business trip with buyers, filling, report preparation, and manage the sample inventory.
6) Perform ad hoc tasks per assigned.
Minimum Requirements: Education / Experience / Knowledge & Skills
? Bachelor degree or Tertiary education in Supply Chain Management/International Business/Business Administration/ European Studies, or related disciplines.
? At least 2 years of clerical experience in merchandising field or trading and distribution field.
? Solid experience in the business of the related product category is an advantage.
? Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must.
? Energetic, detail-oriented, and able to be a team player in the cross-cultural environment.
? Good computer knowledge (Microsoft office suite)
? Willing to travel when necessary.
? Familiar with European market / EU product regulations and requirement is an advantage.

1) 需要在Hardware, Tools, Household, Garden有相关经历,确保订单/采购订单详细信息(如成本核算、供应商信息、项目描述、交货和任何所需的项目等)可以准确及时地记录在指定的系统中。
2) 与供应商、买家和内部各方一起监控订单进度,以确保交货计划能够按计划进行。
3) 根据要求的时间表协调批准的抽样安排。
4) 与质量团队密切合作,确保满足客户的要求。
5) 支持基本的日常操作,例如:支持与采购员安排商务旅行、填写、报告准备和管理样品库存。
6) 按分配执行临时任务。
最低要求:教育/经验/知识和技能
? 供应链管理/国际商务/工商管理/欧洲研究或相关学科的学士学位或高等教育。
? 至少 2 年在商品销售领域或贸易和分销领域的文书经验。
? 在相关产品类别的业务中具有扎实的经验是一个优势。
? 良好的英语和中文(粤语和普通话)的书面和口语能力是必须的。
? 精力充沛,注重细节,能够在 跨文化环境中成为团队合作者。
? 良好的计算机知识(Microsoft Office套件)
? 必要时愿意出差。
? 熟悉 欧洲市场/ 欧盟产品法规和要求者优先。
